Philip Guo has a nice blog post on preparing for the programming interview. While I already had read in other locations most of the information he presented, I liked his style and it helped re-enforce what I should already be doing. The other bit of information I found very helpful was the links to the documents at the Stanford CS Library. These documents are short, to the point and very useful.
